What a day with Metatron looks like

You stay present in the meeting. Metatron does the remembering, and the writing around each call.

  1. 10:15

    The brief

What was said last time, what you owe, what they owe you, and who has gone quiet.

  2. 10:30

    The call

It records on your Mac. No bot joins. Zoom, Teams, Slack, FaceTime and Google Meet in Chrome.

  3. 11:05

    The follow up

Notes, decisions and new to-dos land on the client's page. You approve the to-dos and the follow up draft.

  4. Friday

    The report

A status update per client, ready to send, and your hours per client for the invoice.

Ask it anything about your work

Say "Metatron" or press ⌥ Space from any app. It answers from your calls, email and documents, and links to the moment it heard it.

Private by design

People trust you with what they say in a meeting. Metatron is built so that trust stays with you.

Transcribed on your Mac

Apple's on device speech model turns calls into text. The audio never leaves your computer, and it picks the language of each call.

Your files, in plain text

Every client or project is a folder of Markdown files you own, like Northwind/To-dos.md. Open them in Obsidian or any editor.

Your choice of AI

Use your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, or a model that runs on your Mac. We never see your data.

Nothing happens without you

Every email, message, task and calendar change is a draft you approve first.

Made for people whose day is meetings

If you leave most calls with things to do and nothing to remind you, this is for you. It also knows the difference between your clients, teams and projects.

Questions

Does a bot join my calls?

No. Metatron records the call audio on your Mac, so nobody sees an extra attendee.

Which AI does it use?

Your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key, or a model that runs on your Mac. Your calls and notes are not sent to us.

What about consent to record?

Metatron reminds you to tell people the call is being transcribed, with a note you can paste in the chat. The law where you and your clients are decides what you need to do.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes. It detects the language of each call. English and Spanish are tested on real calls; Portuguese, French, German and Italian are supported by Apple's model.

Is there a Windows or iPhone version?

Not yet. Mac first; an iPhone companion is planned.

What if it isn't for me?

Ask for a refund any time before the first version ships, and within 30 days after.
